There’s written content to learn from to increase your awareness about what's really going on for you, together with videos, writing exercises, time to reflect and much more.
Each Step contains several A, B and C sessions:
A. To increase your awareness and get to the bottom of your difficulties. You'll discover underlying patterns and how these affect your emotions and behaviours
B. Knowledge, tools and simple activities to help you banish the old and build your strength
C. Further fun activities as well as tools to help you heal and move on
I’ve also generously sprinkled the programme with additional resources.
Each of the 5 Steps is divided in easily digestible sessions. Most sessions take between 5 and 30 minutes. Further contemplation of what you’ve learnt can be done anywhere!
Only 2 sessions require more time - anything from 1 - 3 hours as you commit to and engage with the suggested actions.
In the end - you are in charge of your own recovery.
