I have fifteen years experience in the social care sector and my key skills include communication with the ability to empower and motivate others.
Throughout my career I have developed a range of skills enabling me to effectively engage with people from all backgrounds. I am a creative thinker and thrive on problem solving and promoting change.
I trained with Mindfields College gaining a diploma with distinction in the Human Givens approach to psychology and psychotherapy.
I currently work as a freelance trainer and a psychotherapist for Cygnet Healthcare-Godden Green. This includes running therapeutic groups, one to psychotherapy both with adults and young people. I also have a private psychotherapy practice based in Whitstable at the Mannaz Project.
